Reliable Tv-Sides (Ger allowed)

Hi,

Need a good and reliable site to watch football matches especially from Germany.
My Dad recently moved to the USA and they dont show any german matches there. So he needs some sites to stay in contact with the german bundesliga and to watch matches online.
