I always get tired when i see the useless clash about a fking OS... If your lazy and dont like working with an OS on a code level you (buy) windows.

If you do you get Linux... its that simple. And if you some designer dork you get a mac lol couse it looks so cool etc.

He is a weird person but seriously he is a genious, he is pretty lonely aswell, when we were talking about if he had a wife and shit some tears were falling off his eyes he said nah im pretty lonely (he was staying at my house for a week so we spoke shitloads>D i was only 13 tho:P)

yeh my dad is pretty known on the free softtware stuff in here spain (he made this wbsite www.meneame.net which has a huge traffic) and richard stallman came over here and made some speeches and he was sleeping at my house for around a week, he was explianing me shitloads of stuff, i think he enjoyed speaking to the younger people, even tho i was 13 and i didnt understand much about evrything he was explaining to me but i tried my best xD he told me all the story about why i should call it GNU/linux and not linux and told me the wordplay on the GNU thingie (i dont remember which was, but it was something about the animal and the funnies dno:XD) and also told me about all his traveling and on being pretty much alone and loads more of stuff. .

i wish he could come back and talk more because back then i was young :/ and he was talking pretty high stuff so i didnt get much about it (such a waste:p) but if he does come back he'll stay again over here i guess.

i was so lame, everybody was fanboying him so much and i didnt know shit about him at all and he was telling me more stuff than to the rest of the adults, he was explaing me stuff all the time while on a dinner with over 50 persons on a table. he mostly spoke to me only. FEELS GOOD.

my dad said he did it because i was a kid and he could change my mind but thats bullshit because all the ppl there were fanboys and they had the same opinion as him while i had absolutely no opinion besides what my dad used to tell me.

he started to teach me stuff when i met him just because i said to him, linux is good windows is bad and he was like NOONONONONONON ITS CALLED GNULINUX, that combo lasted for an hour:D
