well looks to me that if you ask if they are valid, and they answer that it is not caused by an error and will not be removed that they are valid or is it just my brain malfunctioning

they give the same answer to people who complain about their pbbans, so there are two possibilities:
#1 Adam D doesn't know english and has only one sentence in his txt file which he pastes everywhere he can.
#2 He doesn't care at all and didn't bother to read the ticket.

Hmm... it looks like EB cares as much as IW. Now I don't understand why IW wants to use VAC in MW2 - they should understand each other really well with Even Balance.
