trying HDR - need opinion

This is my first time I try shoot some photos to make HDR images.
What do you think of this?

for example: you make 3 photos with a tripod
-a normal
-an over- and an underexposed
result will be 1 image

what program were you using?
Photoshop got a nice HDR merge if you know how to set up the settings :)

i have never really tried to make a real HDR, coz you have to make it on static objects which are no fun for me.
im using Dynamic - Photo HDR program, just made a pseudo hdr:
