throw it away
Should of got a DA, but 400 or 800 dpi and 500hz is what most people use
I got 1600DPI 500Hz, works fine in here
you won't be able to get exactly the same sens as me if you don't have my config file for the drivers.. I use a different x-y sensitivity

shittest choice rly ;[
2000 DPI 1000Hz but only for pro's
everyone was saying you that you should buy a razer deathadder instead of the copperhead -.-
it was for me not him.
Parent
huh you're right, you asked whether to choose the deathaddder or the copperhead just yesterday, so my mind combined those two journals / topics and though that they were wrote by the same person due to the short time span between them ^_^

best mouse in the world tbh
pro's like me use 2000dpi 1hz ;>
also schon 1 hertz?

omg razer deathadder!!! tausch sie um
best advice you can get is to sell it
I didn't install that program, since it's unneeded.
Right side of the mouse does all the sensitivity switching that you'll need :)
You can change its sensivity settings via Razers program.

I know, but somehow they just fit perfectly for me :)

but no hz switching. its not like setpoint, its isnt that shit.

x=800dpi / y=600dpi / Hz=500 / Sens= 1.15 works fine
For a game mostly based on tracking as opposed to flick aim you want as low a dpi as possible as this will make the mouse less sensitive to small 'discrepancies'. This generally makes tracking people easier.

1000hz if you feel that it is stable and does not skip
500hz guaranteed average decent setting

However, I could never get used to holding the copperhead, i found that the side buttons were actually where i needed my grip to be. I also found it skipped alot.

Unless you are really very happy with the copperhead, it really is worth looking at the Deathadder.

Also if you can live with the limited options of the Razer Salmosa, it is probably the best mouse for fingertip aiming as opposed to the more frequent style of palm mice.
Quotei found that the side buttons were actually where i needed my grip to be

I have the same but I don't have any negative feelings of it cause I never pushed them accidently.. and I think that that's great cause that means that I don't have to move my finger when using default MOUSE4

Yeah that goes to show there is no definite 'better', it's what you personally perform best with.
