PB is getting me down

im happily in a 3o3 today, and then pb has a happyspam in the console with

'punkbuster client: O/S exception notice'

or some shit then i get kicked for losing key packets :<

how can i solve this?

e: i tried updating pb via pbweb.exe, also by this pbsetup updater thang
