It's pirated there is big difference, if you don't do everything right you could get xbox live ban, and tbh it's not worth playing this game if you get live ban :x

im playing for 1 and a half year now on xbox live with a flashed xbox. tried any "burn worthy" game and didnt receive a ban yet :)

I have a flashed 360 aswell but I've never managed to burn a game on it :\
I had to ask some guy to do it for me, but I forgot to ask him HOW to do it.
