Pokemon Emerald on Emulator

Why do I after beating elite four get an error and my save game gets deleted?
I am MAAAAD RAAWR 3 days constantly playing from the start and I had many pokemonz. :[

HALP PLZ!


EDIT: My pokemon lineup was: Rayquaza, Groundon, Kyogre, Blaziken, Salamence.. SO NOW YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN!!11

EDIT2: There is no way to restore the crashed save game.. DAMN.

dunno why, happened before. changed the emulator now it's the same shit.. I just hope that I can somehow use some backup or something else or I'll kill somebody!!11

Yeah. I have Pokemon Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond and Pearl versions. But Diamond and Pearl keep crashing on me :((

lvl 100 rayquaza , typhlosion, kyogre, regi-ice, latias and some random I don't know anymore

e: had yellow, blue, red, gold, silver and diamond(or crystal?) to, but they were boring
