Done!!

I've just finished my first real poker casino tournament http://www.crossfire.nu/?x=journal&mode=item&id=85041 . It all went okay the first 2 hours with me winning a lot of blinds for later on some of the guys really showed their worldclass poker skills. I needed to come at least 2nd to end get the ticket to amsterdam but I was so close and still far far away, I ended up getting a huge pot from Eastgate which he kinda got pissed at me since he thought I kinda bluffed him, after that I lost almost 60% of my stack to "cato", but finally I ended up sended him out of the tournament. I ended up with 3rd biggest stack when we were only 3 guys left, me eastgate & gus. I really thought I had a lucky day and when I ended up with two aces I called the blind and right after that Gus went all in with 2kings, I went all in and after the flop it turned out that I was about to win, but then on the fucking river it showed king hearts which got me pissed as hell. I lost my stupid seat because of a very lucky river!

But I gotta handle it to myself ending up in top3 with Gus & Eastgate aint that bad for my first real time to play a offline offical tournament. And being send out by Gus is just a honor, but really a stupid river? Well sometimes you can't be that lucky can you?

I ended up winning my buy-in back and another 2000euro's but I don't really seem to care since I really hoped to win that spot!

Later tomorrow Im being interviewed in a local danish newspaper which for me is kinda cool.

But yeah as they say, better luck next time :8(
