windows 7 x64 + rtcw

Couple of ppl had problems with pb, and win api kicks on win7 x64. Now after discussing with evenbalance it started to work, hope it lasts at least until the end of the cup ;)

The problem is something to do with punkbuster initializing, a way to fix this is join a osp server which is running windows instead of linux, stay connected there for around 5-10 mins then it should fix it

this isnt just pointed at you c[s btw incase you reply with "i have it working"

the problem was invalid win api kick. I haven't done anything to fix it, though I was trying a lot. This was just a notification for others, that it seems that evenbalance guys have made the long waited fix finally.
