Mainly looking at this:

have you had any experiance building a pc before or know anyone who could?
Not really, but looking at that PC I'd take it anyway, I know people say build your own and shit but I would never get around to it.
Parent
yeah i mean you could make something slightly better building yourself but yeah you'd have to go though the hassle of making it.

on the other hand from pcspecialists i made around the same sort of comp (assuming you want AMD and ati)

came out at £408

pritty much the same but:

Since when a quadcore and a dualcore have been about the same? And HD 4870 >>>> HD 4650
Parent
you dont understand the meaning of "pritty much the same but"?

and ok i don't know about ati gfx cards
Parent
Seems like I don't know. Enlighten me, please.
Parent
It means it's almost the same, and then the "but" leads me up to what is different.
Parent
Ermm... Okay I see. Thank you for this.
Parent
No problem, thank you for the info on ati cards.

get the Phenom II 940 BE :) and the hd4870 with 1gb vram and vapor cooling
you shouldn't buy old and overpriced pcs :P

WOW WHAT AN ADVANCED GAMER U R
despite u don't have any OS but I suppose you'll easily find one, it seems like the cfg isn't that bad for the price u took.
hf
It's an alright spec, and a pretty good price i'd go for it!
building pc is like building lego but duplo.
1gb gfx card = must have
probably all low end brands, u should build 1 yourself so u know u get quality brands.
