You wont need steam, find an installer with .bat file, does everything for you...apparently

No, however, I do think the Razor1911 crack works for the Steamrip. Skidrow has removed all the steam interaction from the game, while razor just cracked the installation imo.

Here is some SKIDROW love, use with any RELEASE u've got[RAZOR1911, ENGLISH.STEAM.READNFO or any other steam copy]:

Proper Notes:

Razor 1911's version is still having Steam intact. Why they
choose to keep Steam intact on the release is a good question
to us.

Here you have a PROPER cracked release, with no need to have
Steam installed at all and no strange install measures!

1. Unpack release
2. Mount image or burn it
3. Install
4. Copy this crack content to your
installation directory and overwrite
5. Play the game
