latte macchiato

how to exactly seperate milk , coffee and milk froth ?
i dont get it :(
also some ppl are talking about 4 diffrent levels . so milk milkcoffee, coffee and milk froth . anyone got any tips how to do that ?

Local Barista girls (they are also extrem hot!) do it perfect... I'm watching them instead of checking how to make perfect latte tho

The milk froth(or whatever you call it), isn't supposed to have air bubbles as such... or maybe it's just gone bad from cooling down too much.
