Help with dvd prob

I'm trying to put a video i downloaded onto a disk but when i do it just says windows encourted a problem when trying to copy this file

all i'm doing is copy and paste do i need a program or shit?

Download ImgBurn, is probably the best free DVD/CD burning software there is :)

As people said before, just use 3rd person program to burn it

Nero 6 will be the best option in my opinion, tell me if u need some links
