ftp help

hey guys!

i just get a ftp from ycn and i wanted to ask if there is a way to change the look of it?
u know, like changing the icons or use a background...
and is there also a way to set up a welcomepage?

FTP is just the protical ... if you see folders and so on like explorer, I take it you're using IE. But no, FTP is just there for file transfer... why would you want to theme it anyway xD ?
