Speedtest is effed up!

I have only a 10Mbit connection, I can only download at max 1.2 MB/s and my speedtest results are shite, anyone else has this?

I got a 10Mbit line and 10Mbit equals 1.25 MB -> and strangely no download on my computer will go higher than 1.25MB/s, strange isn't it?

And these results are referred to as 'excellent' according to the site... I'm on smallband, how in the name of god can it be excellent..?
