New "Gaming" Microphone

After receiving complaints from a certain german of background buzz from my cheap microphone another arrived today. It's so sensitive I can talk from across the room and its clear as day lolz.

yeh its nice except:
1. I like things to be seperate/modular - ez replace, more quality, 1 breaks its ok
2. There are no headsets with good enough sound quality for me
3. My sound card is pro audio and doesnt take a standard mic input (takes XLR) or 1/4" jack which would actually work with an adaptor but for some reason its not working
4. Many headsets have volume controls on the wire = loss of quality + chance to break
