Hello!
Do you have any problem with gfcard settings at Windows 7? (maybe its a nvidia problem...)
I could use 2560x1680 and high hz at windows XP, but with 7 i can only use max 75hz and 1280x1024...(could use 120hz before..)
Any idea? Haven't tried the new beta drivers from nvidia, but i guess i will have the same "problem" again since the fix list doesn't have any reference to this problem.
!
Using windows 7 ultimate 64bits with Nvidia 9600gt. No problem with Ati drivers (i have a onbard HD 3200 or something)

1. remove 1 pin in the vga cable to use more than 85hz on CRT
2. install the .inf driver for your monitor(but 1st modify it to be accepted by x64 OS)
only then you get the resolution you want
About the monitor, it's pretty old... can't even find anything at internet xD
as for .inf file - try searching better since depending on gfx drivers windows might not allow you to play certain games like cod4(sometimes et aswell) on higher refresh rates than 85hz and non-standart resolutions
Gonna try to figure out the .inf thing...
tho i didnt have any problems installing it on dads laptop so yeah dunno
