That's not real muscle, it's synthol oil which is injected to muscle to make it appear larger. Real muscles don't look like that, they have definition and usually veins are visible, that's not the case with synthol.

Anybody can see real, trained muscle from a synthol injection miles away.

There's a risk that the oil breaks out from the muscle into the blood circulation and then you pretty much die.
