so basically what happened is that dNan got a chance to play in the playoffs even though they failed at groupstage (next oc winners, i see)
today in the morning clanbase forced us to play against them and we didnt know about the match so 1 hour before the match domi asked us if we could play at 21:15 and not at 21:00
well we pmed him at 21:15 and he said they dont wanna play anymore cuz we are too late

We first said we can play at 21:30 then, you said no. Then we said we dont care that only 5 players are on your APL, you still said no and said that you wanted to play on Monday instead.

And since 2 of our players went through alot of trouble to play that match they were pissed and asked for forfeit win.

So nice nerd rage there Jago.

Nice telling half the story. We agreed on 21:15 and two of us went through a lot of trouble to be there at that time. Then at 21:05 pstarz says they can't play. Nobody on your roster was in the match-channel so we asked the cup-supervisor (killerboy) to join the channel to sort it out. He said that if you guys weren't there within 2 minutes, we'd get a noshow win.

Later you guys DO join the matchchannel and said:

Then you go behind the cup-supervisors back to goldorak, a guy that has fuck all to do with it, and snuck a forfeit win in your favor out of him.

i said we probably couldn't play, but after all we had 6 allowed players at 21:05, i told him we can play at 21:15 because you wanted to play at 21:15. But domi has been ignoring every1 of us. Noone told us you were talking with killerboy and the rules say not being in the matchchannel is a yellow card... We'll take that yellow card but it's not like we weren't there. It's just domi ignoring us...

At the end we had 6 allowed players at 21:15, the agreed time to play...

Incorrect. Not being in the matchchannel 60 minutes before the start of the match will result in a yellow card.

Quote3. At least 1 representative from the clan must be present in the match channel 60 minutes before the start and using a nickname and tag that clearly matches the nickname and tag registered on ClanBase. Once they have shown their presence, they are free to reboot (but must return to the match channel within 5 minutes). Failure to have a representative in the cup channel 60 minutes before the start will result in a Yellow card for the offending clan.


Not having anyone in the match channel at starting time will result in a no-show win.

You can twist and turn this all you want, but the fact of the matter is is that we agreed on 21:15 earlier in the evening and at 21:05 you said you couldn't play, which was also repeated when jago joined the matchchannel after starting time.

And then you guys trick another cb admin (goldorak, a guy with no knowledge of what went on and is not a cup-supervisor) into handing you a forfeit win.

Pretty lame if you ask me.

We wouldn't even have requested a forfeit win if I didn't have to carry my CRT with me to the office (Yes I was at the office because my GF had organised a ladies-night at our house) and joop had to hurry his ass home, sort of against his will, to be there at starting time as well. But as you agree to it and we went through trouble to make it and then at starting time you say "can't play".. then yes, we will request a forfeit.

we pm'd domi way earlier, he just didn't respond. At 21:05 i said we probably can't play and wanted to reschedule. He said they were thinking of taking the forfeit win so @ 21:15 i told him we can play after all.

he didnt respond because we were praccing maybe? and if at 21:05 you say you can't play and none of you are in the match-channel it's only natural that we got the supervisor into the match-channel to sort things out. He said we would wait until starting time and that if no-one of you were there by that time he'd hand out a forfeit win.

Besides, if you say you could play @ 21:15 after all, then why did jago go into the match-channel after starting time and said @ 21:22 that you couldn't play.

It's quite simple, you guys just fucked up and didn't have your shit together in time, whereas we went through all kinds of trouble to be there and only requested the forfeit after you agreed first to play at 21:15 and at 21:05 you said you can't. We got the forfeit, but before any supervisor could even put that score in you went behind the supervisor's back and got another random admin with no knowledge of it all to give you a forfeit based on wrong information.

This is a sad journal for a sad series of events.

yea roxor sent a text message to jago that he would be here at 21:30 earliest like 10 mins after i agreed with domi. I immediately pm him and it takes him till 21:05 to give a response...
roxor came on a few mins after so at 21:15 we said we could play.

dont get me wrong, i know we were wrong not being in the channel but you or killerboy could have at least told us to join the channel..

it's kinda clear that u just didn't want to play us

It is not our responsibility to ask you if you would please join the match-channel. You should've already been there at 20:00!

Besides that, jago said at 21:22 that you couldn't play so it's kinda strange that you say you could play at 21:15.

The actions are lame and uncalled for and there is no excuse for going behind the supervisors back to trick another unrelated admin into giving you a forfeit win, when clearly you guys didn't play according to the rules.
