They never were neutral about religion afaik. I even recall a poll that said that 40% of Swiss society openly admits to antisemitism.

It was only about forbidding the constructions of new minarets. Most people were misinformed and thought this would lead to having muezzins in Switzerland singing to call the Muslims to the prayer. The right wing party once again succeeded with their disinformation campaign. Some cities even banned the poster you see above, which made it way more popular.

Anyway, some political parties want to complain to a higher authority saying this is against our constitution.

Selbst ein Volksentscheid würde nichts nützen, da das Verfassungsgericht da nicht mitspielt. Und meiner Meinung nach sollten Gebetshäuser jedweder Art verboten werden, np. Allerdings haben die christlichen Kirchen hier durchaus noch ein historisches Vorrecht. Der Islam hingegen ist nicht Europäisch und wird es auch nie sein.

Ja? Es geht um eine Religion, die kulturell und historisch nicht Europäisch ist, was hat das Ganze nun mit irgendwelchen Geburtsorten zu tun? Ich habe nie behauptet, dass die Abstammung oder der Geburtsort für das menschliche Denken verantwortlich ist.
