Its quite simple, dont like it dont play it but please shut the fuck up about it. I couldnt care less about what someone who doesnt play in my competitions thinks about them.
With the failure of wolfenstein (and ET getting very boring now after 6 years) more and more people go back to the best game of the serie, RTCW. In the last cup there were 8 teams, in this xmas cup there are 22 teams (all active!!) playing. I'm sure at least 8 of 'm would go to cic7 (only 5 needed) + some new teams that want to play a non-ET game too at lan.
I would just ask how many teams can/would attend and based on the response you can still cancel the rtcw tournament.
don't listen to the guys below - you will get 5-6 teams a max.
i understand if you think it is not worth organizing the tourney tho then again lans like dreamhack also run quakeworld tourneys with ~15 players attenting it and probably a even lower amount of people playing it compared to rtcw :)
however if there is some space in the schedule and you can find some time for a rtcw tourney we'd be in prolly :p
was too hard to get the teams, when there is no money incentive to play, as well as having to be there at 8am on sunday D:. CPC2 I think worked fine, 5 teams on the saturday more of a prime position, but even before tosspot said anything i cudnt see there being another 1.
People still playing rtcw are pretty casual and wont spend hundrends of euros just to play 3 games of RTCW.
Then again, I might not
I guess we will never know the answer...
HAHAHAHAHAHA
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
hahahaha
ha
On the other hand, your right im not gonna visit crossfire lan, till ET will be played as it should be[hint: its not 5o5 for sure]
You care as fuck, because your mighty position as ET saviour is endangered...
