need new printer

I think about:

Brother DCP 375CW
Canon PIXMA MP550
HP DeskJet Ink Advantag

Which one and why, or another in similar price?

Use libraries to print documents x). Refilling ink on ~100€ printer is not worth it, since cassette itself costs half of the printer price.

cheap cassette substitutes are avi for models from post and costs 5-12€ for all cassettes :)

Bought myself a Brother HL 1430 (b/w laser) years ago and so far it didn't let me down. 1 new toner costs 40 Euro and prints 6000-8000 pages.

Especially when you have to print all those shitty scripts for uni or whatever I'd really recommend a laserprinter over the normal ink pissers.

My brother and my mother got Brother ink and laser printers as well, and so far there were no problems at all.

I want to buy ink, because I dont need laser :). I dont print to much and rare, ink is cheaper, so will be better choice for my needs I think.

For rare printing ink is a bad choice, the ink will dry if not used regularly. Laser printers are more economic if you don't have to print photos, you can get cheap color lasers for approx 100e for occasional color print needs.

I will print 1 page every week, because I dont want that dry :D. And Brother using auto cleaning (or whatever is call in english) function if I dont want to print anything for long time.

It isn't a remedy for that problem, but will keep the heads clean of smudge.

I have Canon PIXMA MP520 and i am not complaining, it's really nice.

Laser > Ink . And they don't cost shit anymore. Bought myself a Samsung ML-1640. I also print maybe a sheet in a week. Cost 60 euros.
