webdesigner needed

hello cf community,

I am in need of a medium to high skilled webdesigner who can create a small webpage including gfx for an enemy territory related project. There is not much coding needed. A very tiny news add funciton would be appreciated but other than that just a design and the needed php files to set up the different pages + navigation.

there is no payment
