mouse garanty

how long is the avarage mouse garanty?

i think my mouse just now broke!

If i try to hold the button, like for example if i wanna mark something, it doesnt work, i can only klick, and even the klick doesnt work perfectly.

i restared my pc, didnt help :(

(ps: its not my finget, its mouse, which seems to be fucked up :>)

i have mx518 and mx510 too, they still work after 4 years, but the razor broke right now without having any probs before or doing somethng else. Could it be just windows?

Razor's warranty is 2 years and you need proof of purchase, If you have all that demand a new mouse or your current one repaired and not a refurbished mouse.

Open a ticket on their website, they are pretty good with rma, iv returned at least 4 or 5 copperheads.

Edit in your ticket give a detailed list of your problem and the things you've tried to fix it, i.e changing usb port (they always ask you to do this) latest drivers etc, then give your name and address at the bottom for RMA.

i bought this mouse not over internet, but in a lokal electro shop, dont think i could be able to return it directly to razor

aye, they are shit mice, same thing broke every time, the wire, so it kept cutting out. Got rid of that shit now tho :>

i would like to take g version coz it has the same form as 518, which i like and its not so high (in the size), afaik

for icemat i believe mx518 since deathadder doesnt track on wet spots(dunno if mx518 does, if it also doesnt - buy deathadder then)
