just learned 6 damn hours for my maths exam ...
we will get 4 hours to finish it and i need to concentrate even though i havent slept zlol

why not? i often sleep for an hour from 2-3pm or such and it's very relaxing

Research has shown that a nap no longer or less than 20 minutes (a powernap) gives you the biggest boost.

So, just sleep for 20 minutes and you'll have lots of energy again :D
