if that were the case CB would be the league that matters (in non-et), which it isnt
they have EC we have EMS (moneyz!). Same teams participating
both OC & ESL leagues are filled with hundreds and hundreds of teams. Lots of dropouts everywhere :p
ladders are inactive all ove the place. Maybe a few matches per week.
nationscup there can only be one. But they prove to fail in recent ones. Lets hope they dont fuck it up again
Seriously - suggest a easier interface website to the high command and if you give them evidence (like the whine about it in this journal) they'll give you head.
there was a nice admin news 2 years ago that the code the website coders wrote just in that year would fill XXXXX thousands pages of DinA4 paper :D its not an easy move to simply change smth and it's such a feaking complex thing to plan that I really think they did a good job until now (regarding features available and system they are stored)
It would be hard and a large job yes, but it would be worth it.
We hear that COD2 at CB has 17000 ladder matches etc, having all those people on ESL would actually make a few people buy the whole premium user shit! :D
there are 2500 matches a day in the german cs & css section only. go count all the countries we have an ESL section for and all the other games.... probably about 50.000 matches a day
as long as nations like turkey are allowed to play eventho we dont have enough players who live actually in turkey, but in germany, the netherlands...etc
