It's a voting for guitarist duels in Latvia (sort of new guitarist talent show) which happens in suspicious bar with biased jury (last time in finals this guy (he plays on Ibanez Jem Bad Horsie Steve Vai signature guitar) didn't win just because, as jury said - "he didn't have a Gibson instrument" ... at least rumors say that it was like that) where the finalists are drawn also with public voting (like this one).

Now as I know - CF refreshers enjoy pushing buttons and participating in voting, so here's a nice chance to do that!
