nice:), now all you gotta do is overclock your CPU :). You most likely won't even get stable 125 FPS on ET, other games NP!!!

I can't get 125fps some times on similar system just bit better :D. Running @ 3.6Ghz
If you can't get 125 fps all the time on a rig like that, you're doing something terribly wrong.
Parent
It's just ET, I got fucked over by PB, I can get 1000+ NP without PB, otherwise it stops @ around 333 with PB on. But always drops to around 80 then 40 then 125 etc....
Parent
You should be getting 125fps stable all the time so your pc is fucked up ,sounds like you need better cooling or something if its dropping down to such low fps after a little while. I got [email protected] and i get 125fps stable on all maps.
Parent
49c load highest 55c @ 3.6, using Noctua NP, stable @ stress testing for 24 hours, everything is fine, it's PB when I join a server I get FPS drops and freezing for around 1second, on NON PB SERVERS I get no problems whatsoever. So I assumed it's PB not my comp.
Parent
Ive got stable 125 fps on maps like delivery / supply .. with this specs :

CPU: AMD Athlon X2 5000+
MotherBoard: abit NF-M2SV MotherBoard
HD: 250 GB
Monitor: Samsung Syncmaster T220
Keyboard: Logitech Multimedia
Mouse: Logitech MX 518
Mousepad: Steelseries Qck Mini
Sound: SoundBlaster Live! & 5.1 HQ
Graphics: NVIDIA 9400 GT 1024 mb
Memory: 4 GB DDR-2 RAM
O/S: Windows XP Professional SP3
Headset: Sennheiser HD450
Connection: 6000 DSL Telekom

: OOOO
Parent
I guess you haven't been ass fucked by PB?
Parent
Well , Ive got some Punkbuster lags but the FPS stays same. Just sometimes Ill get some weird freeze for 1 sec or smth.. pb sucks : <

well.this owns.
could be better grphic ;)

i would recommend crossfire ;)
better graphics and it pwns! :P like 2x5770 or something
get more memory....
watch out with that headset, the my broke for me after 3 months or something.. dont try to bent it to mutch..

Edit: people who say you should get crossfire... ignore them please.
I've had an nVidia SLI setup for 3 years,, and no,, dont use it, its better to spend the same amount of money on one decent card then 2 less advanced cards
5770.
-Less power consumption
-Greater overclockability
-Crossfire scaling is off the charts

;d

e: and 5770 is cheaper than 4890 :o ?
meant crossfire with my 2x :D but anyways

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-hd-5770,2446-7.html

well there's not such a big difference only dx11 :p but more oc !

and zomg noticed that it's already crossfire what a piece of shit :DD
