Run ET.exe and ETDED.exe with administrator rights.
Go to your windows hard drive, Windows, System32 if u run on a 32-bits version or SysWOW64 if u run on 64-bits version and look for :

run with administrator righs and check the windows XP SP2 compatibility.

( do not forget to do not vid_restart or do not use minimizor in game. If u want to wid_restart open the game load ETPro, exec your config and vid_restart, then connect to the server ;) )
