Graphic card help

planning to buy a new gfx, but i dont really know wich are good atm,
hope my budget will be around 200 euros. but if you could name some in lower and higher price categorys, that would be nice too.

hd4890/gtx 275 are always a good pick, im not those guys who suggets to move to the "new tech" just because its new and the "old tech" is too old...1 day before the so called dx11 cards, hd4890/gtx275 were crowned as the kings...besides whats matter the most is the performance
gtx275/4890's prices dropped drastically, so you might want to check them out, if u have PSU problems, then 5770 is the best pick, if not then go for one of the cards i mentioned before(donot go for the hd5's series, will just be a bottleneck)

i wouldn't go for the 5770 then, gtx 275/4890 are better, fits ur psu (unless it's an random company) and won't bottleneck ur cpu, at least not heavily like the hd5's will
