New house!?

Thinking about rentings this house http://www.daft.ie/searchrental.daft?id=809898

At the moment I pay €400 a month at home with my folks, this will cost me €250 plus bill/food etc. Can someone with experience of living in the own pad tell me, is it worth it?! Seems so.

And 250 per calendar month?

im living in a house with 4 other students, its old, its cold cuz there aer holes in the walls and windows, its dark, its rotten and i have 8m², and i pay 215 a month, 1 shower, 2 toilets, only positive thing is then when i cross the street all shops i need are there, so yea, yours hsould be worth it !
If you can get decent people sharing, big houses can be a lot of fun/good.

Just remember though, that "plus bills" could bump your rent up to 400 euros again so just be careful.

For me, anything (Including bills) below a figure of £475 is fine. Anything more than that is too much.
€400 would be fine with me
Parent
u pay your parents 400€? haha, i only pay em 270€.
Ive been paying that for the last 2 years, but going down to €240 soon
Parent
go for it, looks nice.
Parent
You still playing?
Parent
i will be in ~2weeks/a month, as for now I'm still unable to due to me living in a temporary flat with no internet connection (this is stolen from neighbours).
Parent
Fear not, I've reported the fiend to the appropriate authorities.

Tell-tale :<

My conscience is clear.
Parent
Took you a while to reply. Had to find somewhere else to steal from?

Actually, I've been spending the day/wasting my time playing Championship Manager 2001/2002. Unexpectedly, I suck balls.
Parent
Playing Raping as Q.P.R. in Football Manager 2010 at the moment.
Parent
Started playing in Belgian 3rd division and have limited myself to only playing with Belgians. Haven't touched it in 3 weeks or so. It doesn't captivate me anymore as it did in 2007 and 2008, unfortunately.

Luckily, I got it for free.

Parent
looks decent. would grab it!
Yeah, having your own place is great. Bluebell is a bit of a shit hole though, isn't it? :x
Ive lived there 20 years, its pretty okay. This house is two minutes away from my mams.
Parent
that's good (Y)
Parent
But yes, there is a knackers site 5 minutes from this house, never get any hassle from most of them though.
Parent
Yeah, we had some tinkers nearby a few years back, they were told to fuck off, though.
Parent
250 sounds cheap but ofc you gotta pay electric and inet and insurance and stuff like that, but still I guess it's worth it
so you are paying 250€ each month and you are living with 4 people in it. so you will pay 250€ a month for 1 room right? without water, tv, foot, clouths, electricity and so on.

i mean, i pay 400€ a months for a 3 room flat, 65 m². food, electricity, water, tv and so on included. so i dont know if 250€ is so cheap?
Well, its my 4 mates, so Its not like im just getting one room. Water is fine, shares the bills, get our own food etc.
Parent
take it, so we know where you live.

I feel a "CROSSFIRE CRASH-N-TRASH FLUSHJES PLACE PARTY" coming up
