The only downside about this connection, is that I have a DL/UL limit of 30GB per 30 days. Otherwise the connection would be completely blasted by torrents, since it is provided to over 2000 dorm rooms :)

No, check mine. Telekom AG is the biggest provider and there are lots of presellers who use their Connections. They suck though :D.

If you consider a jumpy ~ 52 - 98 ping as a good ping you may have a point there. You guys have good bandwidth's and still ping shit, whats wrong with your country? :|
