Random freezes!!!

so my pc is still freezing like hell, and i still have no clue what it is.
the freezes are all of the sudden all the, time sometimes im doing nothing and then i grab my mouse and my pc is frozen again, happens sometimes 3 times in a row, or 10 times a day, and i have no clue how that can happen.
i already bought a new and stronger PSU
a new graphic card
and new memory
but im still freezing, and before i spend moar money (wich is already to much) i hope today someone finally knows what my misterious problem is. cuz i hate it and makes me insane sometimes

my friend had the same and his mobo could only support 1 ram slot.
but u have to buy a motherboard with a chipset matching ur processors chipset.
btw
cant be mobo
gave my mobo in (Asus striker II extreme) and received a new one, still the same prob
