1)this is weird, but on some servers i get an huge ping of 300to 500 ping stable, while other players have without any problems 48-98, and on some servers i have great ping, stable, without any problems, and it's always the same server (i have a private server, and i have a stable ping there all the time)
what can it be?
2)if i download for example, the entire day, then stop for a while, then if i want to play, i have huuuge ping and i can't download at all, i have to restart my router in order to fix everything
3)how can i set a pw on my wirless internet so people can't join it?

Checked your routing? (tracert <ip> in cmd)

Either in the wireless settings or the advanced settings.
WPA2 -> set pass. WEP sucks.
