GAMES WON'T LOAD

Hello all, i'm wondering why when i'm trying to open rtcw or ET they are loading for a sec ( i see a grey screen ) then it comes at windows screen. It won't load whereas it used to works well 3 days ago :( .

i reinstalled it and it won't work, i disabled all protections tough so don't know :(

try timescale 1 had the same only mine stuck on grey screen timescale 1 was my savior
