food journal warning!

christmas is a stressful time for many, family engagements and retrospective financial planning can easily swallow up your time so its important to be able to prepare a healthy snack quickly - particularly if you don't want to conform to the traditional image of a big unhealthy gamer :[

without further a do i present a quick, easy, tasty and TOTALLY HEALTHY method for ending your day with a full belly


STEPS


STEP 1: TOAST

toast your healthy brown bread slices

STEP 2: SPREAD

prepare your low fat spread
(n.b. in this example i have substituted in 13 types of cheese in place of a low fat spread)

STEP 3: PLATE UP

add low fat spread to the bread
(in this case, 13 cheeses)

STEP 4: (OPTIONAL) GRILL

as i used a little bit of cheese i thought i'd grill it

STEP 5: MEAT

add your roast beef (i hope you remembered to prepare a nice joint earlier!)

i can think of a few good things here like edam, gouda, red leicester, stilton, cheddar, brie, jarslberg, mozarella, smoked applewood, rl w/ cranberry, smaw w/ apricots umm and more
