taking a look on your profile I see diverse "team germany pocals", so you shouldn't be the one talking about newtalents willing to show off with some pocals in their profile.

Erhoffst du dir etwa mehr Chancen wenn eiM es macht? Solange die richtigen "Pro's" nicht spielen bleibt GER nen fail Team ob du nun spielst oder nicht, das macht keinen Unterschied. :)

Ich mache mir 0 chancen weil RoXoR so oder so spielt und glaube mir ich wäre besser als essah , ist halt nur so jede stimme die an mich gehen sollte geht nicht an essah mehr nicht.

- compared to the others I think he could manage to build a quite stable and skilled team, it wouldn't be as skilled as the former team, but they could easily perform on a decent level and become 4th/5th.

shmoe:
- could be an alternative since he's related to former team germany members.

essAh:
- his advantage is obviously the experience he could gain while managing diverse teams and so on. obviously my top 3 for the captain-spot, since he deserves to prove that he's able to form a skilled team.

ScaTmaN:
- had a good laugh when I've read that he applied to be the captain. being one of the most hated german players is obviously an advantage for the vote.. wait, it's not. personally I think he's a retard, but that doesn't influence my decision, he's just not able to do this.

Techniker:
- can't really tell anything about him, since I've never spoken to him or seen him playing, he might be a nice guy, tho I don't really know him (don't be mad at me pls :D)

Bestie // eitseB:
???

kReSt:
- doubt that he could be the captain, that's it.

As I heard that the former team won't participate in CB's NC anymore, I'd go for the following lineup:

- Germany Sight (he should have been there seasons before)
- Germany haZer / RoXoR (if hazer refuses to play then roxor is the choice you need to go for, since he's been active and therefore deserved it. another option would be ohzor4, since he's a good rifle as well, tho kinda inactive I believe..)
- Germany reAz (became 7th at the current eurocup, he's obviously needed since he developed into a great player the past years/months)
- Germany fireball (being the outstanding player in highbot and playing on top for quite some time, he's just needed to raise the aim-level)
- Germany urtier for example (I guess I don't need to mention that this team requires some experience to perform good)

guys like s1lent or others for a backup spot, give them a chance to prove themselves!

seems you are not really good in reading, so i will explain it exclusive for you again

The ppl from the previous NC wont play in the Clanbase anymore, if you would follow the ET Scene a bit, you would know that haZer played in the last Cup aswell as fireball.
