creative fatal1ty problem

So i bought this headset and the headphones work and all this but the mic isnt working :S

ive checked google and they all say check the sound thing and i have but i think it says its working so can anyone help me :)

also make sure the mic is plugged well. try to replug it

sometimes checking the +db micro boost is a solution

dont forget to turn on the button on the mic
and plug it into the headphone, theres a little mark on it! you have to look closely!

had the same problem

I was talking in it for hours and then went to the store and I said it was broken

they said: you have to switch the button to 'on'
