Steam Trading

Hey guys,

I have some games on my steam acc that i dont play - like cs 1.6.

Is there a way i can transfer that game to a different account and sell/trade it or find the key to the game even though its not with a disk?

E: I can trade Batman Arkham Asylum key and left4dead 1 key for some other game key like cs:s or smth.

if you buy it from steam key is linked to your steam account i think, so no :<
