So, first you put numbers from 1 to 19 (no 10) like this
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
1 1 1 2 1 3 1 4 1
5 1 6 1 7 1 8 1 9.
And then the point is to remove numbers that make 10 total either by addition or subtraction. So either 2 of same numbers or 2 that add up to 10. But you can't pick more than 2 numbers at a time. And you can pick from right side to next row's beginning and from the very end to the beginning of the whole thing. And also you can numbers next to eaxh other up and down, but not diagonally. And when you have removed all you can, you write the numbers after that beginning from the first one in the end of these and then you can remove more again. And the point is to remove everything. The winner is the one who gets them all removed with fewest numbers.
Will write example later if someone didn't get it
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
1 1 1 2 1 3 1 4 1
5 1 6 1 7 1 8 1 9.

I'm not sure if I understood this correctly. Just giving an example would've been easier for you, too.
