XP USB

Hi 2 days ago I installed WIN Vista again but it really started lagging and now I want to switch back to WinXP but the thing is that I don't have any dics left put the ISO file on.

So is there any way to put the ISO file on a USB and launch the installer from there?

I've tried a lot of stuff but simply can't get it working I remember some time ago I found a really nice program that did all of the stuff really fast and worked perfect but can't remember it's name.

Please help me out :(
