buying a camera

So i have some spare money from christmas and since i already bought the things i had planned on buying i have decided to get a camera, but i dont know what to get xD just sorta want it for some random pictures of friends and maybe just like some landscapes

i want looking at somin like this image: canon_digital-ixus-100-is-176825 but its a little outa my price range but i dont mind going over but im trying to spend no more then £150 (about 166 euro)

anyone got it? can anyone give me any recommendations on what to buy?

Compact: Canon S90 or Panasonic LX3. f2.0-awesomeness

I just bought canon ixus 120 before Christmas and it's pretty good at least :)
I'm not a pro about cameras, but been satisfied with this one. So prolly the ixus 100 would be a good pick as well

I got canon Ixus 100, image quality is awesome. I bought it when it came out, was kinda more expensive then !

now its very cheap so go for it !
you can even video in HD !


otherwise go for the newer ixus 120, u get wider pics with it !

OR go for Panasonic lumix cameras !

Do you have some example of pics for the ixus 100 please?
Cause i'm going to buy a new camera soon and i wanna do model like photo, i've got around 350euros to spend, so i need some advices.

I own a Canon 30D, but that doesn't stop me from drooling on Canon PS S90.

That being said, i'm a decent crossdresser
