you don't wanna train for mass while on a diet man, go read a bit about diet and training :p And fast walk is crap, get a skipping rope, best cardio when it's cold outside :>

many people say on diet do highreps balblablal, thats shit what i know. I want to keep my muscles on diet thats why i do lowrep, well im always like lowrep, i grow best with it

thing is the more intensity you use the harder you break down the muscle which then combined with a low caloric intake will lead to overtraining and muscle loss. Also you'll only be growing the big muscle fibers with that sort of training and when you want definition you need to train the smaller ones. The way you do that is supersets with low weight and high reps ;p
If you really want to keep as juch muscle as possible and get the veins popping you shouldn't be training for mass while on diet :p

the key of a good cutting period is to stick 3 or 4 days to cut diet and the 5th day you take high carb day. people who cut non stop for like 2 months lose way to many mass

That's why I never diet, all you need is to have a balanced nutrition and do cardio and you'll stay at 10% or less. Sounds really easy but it takes a long time to actually know what your body grows on best and then to figure out how to split the calories.. I stick to oats, fruits, vegtables, chicken, fish and brown rice when I'm training. Food is really 70%, at least for me and if it's good you can grow on a caloric deficit. it doesn't work at all tho if you don't do cardio, that's just my experience tho.

once you pass the 100 kg it is impossible to stay below 10% believe me. i need currently around 5500 kcal a day to keep growing, and it is impossible for me to do that with cleanbulking. i prefer the oldskool way of bulking and cutting even tho i hate cut diets and cardio training.

Ye there's also bodytypes involved and different metabolisms, I can only speak for myself. But I'm only 1.78 and 81kg's atm, not going for the bulky look. Lean mass makes you look bigger anyways :p

dunno, i will reach a lowbodyfat for summer. Around 6-8 % atleast, so i dont know where my weight will get. Atm i am on 105kg.

yes still palying football, earn some money on it aswell. yeah i know, but it works.

do you have any problems running after guys that are 70kg or something.. they must be rly fast and if you are 106kg with lot of muscle it is a lot harder to do long sprints.. you must catch your breath somewhere or are u in that good condition that you can run and play as long an high tempo than the guys taht are half of your weight? :o

well i have always been one of the faster in running, then longdistance atm is shit for me.
And when the real matches starts i am always in real shape without much fat, then longdistance is np again.

I want to gain weight in summer and train hard, then around summer when the real stuff starts, i loose weight and everything feels awesome

ok thats true and good plan.. but to be the extremely best in your sport.. ok its fucking hard and almost impossible still.. and i dont know if u are planning to but the ideal weight (that you rly can challenge the best) is quite much lower than your is now :D or what do u think?

atleast i made the decision to change my weightlifting routine.. cos more muscle needs more oxygen and too big muscles can get u in trouble if you wanna last all rounds with high tempo... and i think its same in football than mma(45minsx2). tho it was much more fun to do weightlifting to get bigger and stronger muscles but its not ideal for many sports u know..

yes it does but some point if you are not going to be bodybuilder and you wanna compete on your own sport on highlevel you need to make the decision to change the weightlifting routine to something that is not that good for growing big and strong muscles cos u need muscles that can work long and fast.. ah hard to explain with sucky english but u know what i mean? :o

cycling guys have awesome legs and those legs arent build by cornflakes :) its one of the harderst sport there is... and that u are able to do that you are going to eat and a lot.. almost like a bodybuilder atleast like a amateur bodyduilder..

only way you'll get it is with raw milk and unless you live next to a farm...

The prosessed milk's form of calcium is hardly absorbed by the human body and that's because of the pasteurization where the enzyme phosphatase is completly destroyed. This enzym is the only way to break down the calcium so we can use it and unless you're taking it seperately you won't get shit. Best source for calcium are fruit and vegtables.

I can eat what I want :) For my msucle formation I just need 150g protein, 400g carbohydrate and 70g fat a day. And I don't use pills, totally pointless and unhealthy.

been a multisporter since i was young. started with football when 5 years old. When i got little older i started with floorball and handboll also tennis. Had on some days 2 trainings a day. When i got a little older i did a bit thaiboxning. So i have always been a multisporter, atm im just doing football and one year ago i started gym and have been gaining kinda much kg..

That's normal when your only 17 -_- most people can eat what they want at that age. Your still growing so that extra weight comes in your extra height but when you stop growing it will come in the width of your body.
I'm at this height already for some years no. And I see alot of people arround my age being much bigger?

You won't just become fat in such a short time lol. If your really eating and living unhealthy now then yes you will become fat now but most people who live normal will only get bigger in width at their age of 20-21, then it starts for most.
