If you really want to keep as juch muscle as possible and get the veins popping you shouldn't be training for mass while on diet :p
That's why I never diet, all you need is to have a balanced nutrition and do cardio and you'll stay at 10% or less. Sounds really easy but it takes a long time to actually know what your body grows on best and then to figure out how to split the calories.. I stick to oats, fruits, vegtables, chicken, fish and brown rice when I'm training. Food is really 70%, at least for me and if it's good you can grow on a caloric deficit. it doesn't work at all tho if you don't do cardio, that's just my experience tho.

And when the real matches starts i am always in real shape without much fat, then longdistance is np again.
I want to gain weight in summer and train hard, then around summer when the real stuff starts, i loose weight and everything feels awesome

This enzym is the only way to break down the calcium so we can use it and unless you're taking it seperately you won't get shit. Best source for calcium are fruit and vegtables.
