few years ago i was sleeping at night before school/college like 4 hours max, did not need any day sleep or so, and survived without energy drinks nor coffee

today i sleep 4-5 hours max, drink coffee, smoking whole day, and almost everyday i just need a day nap (2-4 hours), without it i feel like shite

only energy drinks can keep me going :(

dont really see the difference in sleeping 7 hours or 4
