r_settings for widescreen

i just got a 22" new widescreen monitor , but i dunno what r_settings i should use.
so what are the best settings ?

Use 800x600 @ 75Hz with black bars on the side and 8x antialiasing.

If you have a TFT why would you add even more input lag with antialiasing?

are you sure your statement is right? please reply to me as I don't know whether I should be playing with or without AA with my GeForce GTS 250 ; )

Yes it will affect delay. Try playing with 16 AA and 0 AA and see the difference in mouse feeling etc. It should be noticeable. I would recommend AA off for any online game. It won't matter as much in single player games.
