best nvidia drivers settings

I recently bought a NVIDIA GFX, feels like there is some extra delay built in in comparison with the old ATI card : /

what are the best setting? do you use digital vibrance? should I look for any setting which is a must to disable for ET? etc.

I don't think that this is just imagination, I really think there is some sort of more delay in comparison with the old ATI Card, Omega drivers and Ati Tray Tools : x

Keep everything at default except for Vsync @ OFF.
Also, disable Threaded optimization for ET but keep it ON for every other game.

enough beta's they just dont release WHQL every month.
