Need help with microphone

Ok, so you guys are sorta my last resort..
Ok the problem is that with everything plugged in i can hear music etc etc
But, the microphone doesn't record my voice, and when i try to talk on vent the only thing that people can hear is either my music, or ingame ET sounds.
I searched for 4 hours trying to get a solution for it but nothing seems to work.
I really hope you guys can help me out here!
Btw headset is about 2 days old now :D.

solution 1:
forgot something at the 2nd solution
stereomix has to be ticked and then click ok
then you can mute it
Discoverd that i do hear my voice when using test at vent, BUT its so silent, i nneed to scream just wishper.. and its all crackly..

Just format and replug everything and hope for the best
