Realtek Mic boost

Hey guys,
i got Realtek HD Audio Manager, and my voice @ ts is quiet low.
I allready set the recording volume of the mic at the mixer to the max.
The prob is that i cant change the volume at the Windows mixer shit, its simple grey and u cant change anything. Cant activate the mic boost neither.
what is the trick?

Hmm, different layout to mine (slightly) but I found the .. next to a few others, clicked on it and had the mic boost there :_D

cd volume controls my mic volume i think, but the microphone volume deasl with mic boost, if its not muted i have echo with the mic.
