whipped this up a few minutes ago just as a proof of concept
uses gamestate changes & server frame time to time runs, i think it's reliable but haven't checked
might finish this if there is demand, would enable there to be a speedrun db/ranking up with best times per map etc
featurewise... would probably add a few rulesets (permadren on/off, selfkilling on/off) to enforce/choose between.. but anything else? open to suggestions
